Cross-trial correlation (CTC) on Matlab(R)

This zip file contains Matlab package with functions that calculate and display cross-trial correlation of evoked potentials as presented in the paper "Cross-trial correlation analysis of evoked potentials reveals arousal related-attenuation of thalamo-cortical coupling" published in the Journal of Computational Neuroscience[1].

To use, copy the M-files contained in the package to a separate directory (do not name it "CTC" or "ctc" to avoid conflict), add it to the top of your Matlab(R) path, and run the function CTC, supplying arguments as instructed in the function's help documentation. Other functions in the package are invoked directly by CTC.
